How information moves throughthe current website.
The current site has no customer account system. Its demo and contact forms compose an email in your mail application rather than submitting the information to a Carsoft application endpoint.

Carsoft receives the form details only if you send the prepared email.

Demo and contact requests
When you submit the demo or contact form, the site creates a mailto link containing the form details and opens an email addressed to hello@carsoft.ai in your mail application.
The website does not send the message. Carsoft receives the information only if you send the email through your mail application.

Information you choose to send
The prepared email contains the information entered in the form. Depending on the form, that can include the following details:
- Name, dealership, email address, and phone number
- Role, departments of interest, and timing for a demo request
- Any workflow, question, or message you choose to include

Current form storage
The current forms do not submit their contents to a Carsoft application endpoint. They use the entered information only to prepare the email in your mail application.
